This package is designed for those who already have some marketing and communications efforts underway, but are struggling to connect with their core audiences, or differentiate from their peers — or those who just want a fresh set of eyes on their work.
I’ll review existing assets and make realistic, actionable recommendations about how to polish, tighten or shift for maximum impact. And if you need implementation support, I can do that too.

A bit about me
Jill Becker // Founder & Principal
I find joy in helping service-oriented individuals and businesses tell their stories, meet their goals, and drive impact. Here’s how I got here:
I spent the first half of my career on communications & marketing teams at non-profits and in higher education. That means I deeply understand the impact of time and resource scarcity at work, and I know how to be nimble and creative to get the job done.
I honed my strategic skills as a Director and VP at Pyramid Communications, a full-service creative and communications agency based in Seattle. In my time there, I led the creation and redesign of more than 85 websites; built a content strategy and UX practice from the ground up; developed messaging and strategies for clients big and small; and led countless trainings and workshops.
After nearly 20 years in communications and strategy roles, I’m excited to focus on providing senior-level support to small businesses, non-profits, and service-oriented entrepreneurs. I’m here for you.
